My career has taken me from software engineering and product management to international business development, entrepreneurship, teaching, angel investing and the creation of AI and IoT businesses.
Today, I help founders and leadership teams assess technology opportunities, clarify market positioning, plan India market entry and translate complex ideas into commercially and operationally realistic roadmaps.
From Technology Delivery to Business and Market Strategy
- I began my career as a software engineer, building and maintaining enterprise software solutions. That early experience gave me a practical understanding of how technology is developed, delivered and maintained beyond the initial concept.
- I later moved into telecommunications product management and international business development, where I worked on product lifecycle decisions, market fit, client relationships and multi-year product-engineering engagements.
- Entrepreneurship then became the central thread of my career. I have built businesses in e-commerce, software services, AI and environmental IoT—working across business development, operations, product strategy, project delivery, partnerships and commercialization.
- This combination allows me to examine a technology initiative from several perspectives: the customer problem, the commercial proposition, the implementation model, operational readiness and the path to scale.

As a co-founder of Alcodex Technologies, I have worked on environmental IoT solutions from ideation and product engineering through commercialization and field deployment.
The work has included environmental monitoring platforms, connected sensing, smart-city deployments, command-and-control-centre integration, remote device management and operational analytics.
Alcodex’s work has involved deployments across multiple Indian smart cities and international markets, alongside partnerships and engagements with major engineering, infrastructure and technology organizations.
At Infolitz Software, I help shape AI, IoT and software initiatives across operations-intensive sectors. The focus is on identifying valuable use cases, designing an implementation path and ensuring that technology delivery remains connected to the intended business outcome.
